PROJECT SCOPE The Venice Pier Phase II Improvements Project involves essential repairs to the pier's infrastructure. The scope includes the repair of deck soffits and pile caps between deck panel 104 near Pier 51 and the Central Terminal. Additionally, repairs will be made to the piles between Pile 52 and Pile 65, as well as to piles and pile cap beams in the Central Terminal area.
