About Captain Captain
My name is Kent Yancey, Lake Sakakawea fishing guide. I also spend a lot of time on the Missouri River from the Garrison Dam to Lake Oahe to the SD border. I will make sure that your fishing adventure is as rewarding and educational as I can make it. Walleye is our usual target but small mouth, pike, catfish, crappie and white bass are common as well. Lake Sakakawea also has salmon that we start to chase late summer. I have a very good network of guides I work with so I know where the fish are biting and when. I work closely with Reel Fishing Guides, Missouri River Anglers and Big Lake Guide Service. We can handle almost any size group with enough advanced notice.
