Captain Daniel Morrison has spent his life on the Chesapeake Bay and runs trolling, chumming, jigging and bottom fishing trips on the Chubby Chaser II. The rockfish season starts in mid April, moving to Point Lookout in late fall, and tuna trips are offered out of the Outer Banks and Virginia Beach.
