Eastern Shore native Ray Johns is a licensed and insured Master Coast Guard Captain that has been fishing the waters of the Tangier Sound, Chesapeake Bay and surrounding areas for over twenty five years. He is a third generation Captain that would rather see someone catch a fish of a lifetime than catch it himself. His goal is to provide his clients a memorable outing and to educate them on being responsible stewards of the fishery.
