D.O.A. Charters

I’m Captain Donnie Davis. I own and operate D.O.A. Charters on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. As you can see, this is not your ordinary charter site, and I will strive to make sure that your experience aboard the DOA is also far from ordinary. And while our goal is always to put some fish in the box, I want to make sure that it is as exciting for you as possible. I specialize in light tackle fishing. Plainly put, we’ll try to catch the biggest fish that we can while using the lightest possible tackle. It is also my hope that you will not only catch some fish aboard the DOA but also that you will learn something about the resource that we are using.
