Wild brown trout, rainbows, native Rio Grande Cutthroats and brookies engulf a stonefly, slash a caddis or sip a mayfly. All surrounded by the majestic landscapes of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. High Country Anglers proudly offers first class fly fishing guide/instructional trips throughout Taos, Eagle Nest, Red River, Angel Fire and Cimarron. We welcome and work with all skill levels from the first timer, to the “what do I do now” fly fisher, to the experienced fishead making the most of their fly fishing in New Mexico. We don’t just point you to fish; we work with you, share our knowledge and provide customer service. We have public water guide permits plus access to miles of uncrowded private waters.
