A USCG Licensed Boat Captain, Jim Kerbaugh has been a lifelong fisherman operating boats long before he was even driving a car! Now retired, Captain Jim is the owner, operator, and captain of 'Jim's Dream,' passing on his love for fishing to friends, family, and vacationers to Chincoteague Island and the Chesapeake Bay.
