Rick Dodd is a Coast Guard licensed guide who takes anglers bass fishing on Lake Hartwell around Anderson, Clemson and Seneca. Morning trips run five hours from a 20-foot bass boat with sonar equipment, and all rods, reels and bait are provided. Largemouth and spotted bass are fished year round with soft plastics, crankbaits and topwater lures.
