M and M Sport Fishing Charters

Captain Tom was born and raised in Waterford, Connecticut and grew up fishing with his parents from the boat launch at Pleasure Beach. Like most career firefighters, Captain Tom moonlighted on his days off and could be found on the water. In the early 90’s he worked as a rod and reel commercial fisherman anywhere between Eastern Long Island Sound and the Northeast Canyons. In the summer of 1997, he started working as a deck hand on some of the premier charter fishing boats out of the New London area.
