Mountain Angler has been Summit County’s premier fly shop and guide service since 1985, founded, owned, and operated by fly fishing legend Jackson Streit ,. Based in Breckenridge, Colorado, we are surrounded by some of the best trout fishing in the West, with easy access to the Blue, Eagle, Colorado, Arkansas, and South Platte Rivers, along with dozens of smaller tributary streams, Spinney Mountain, Antero, and Eleven Mile Reservoirs, and several private trophy trout lakes. Whether you’re looking for intimate stream fishing, world-class river floats, or trophy stillwater opportunities, we offer year-round guided fly fishing trips led by the most experienced guide staff in the region. Mountain Angler has exclusive rights to some of the most highly regarded private water fishing in Colorado. Private water trips ensure that you and your party will be the only ones on the water! For each Ranch, Mountain Angler limits the number of fisherman days per week throughout the year to limit the fishing pressure and maintain the high quality fishing fishing that our clients have come to expect!
