About Captain John Houston
Native Guides is led by Captain John Houston, a fourth generation Floridian raised on Dinkins Bayou on Sanibel, with Captain Colin Carpenter. They run fishing charters for up to six people in Pine Island Sound and the Gulf, targeting snook, redfish, trout, snapper, tarpon, grouper and more. The boats are a 1975 23 foot Mako and a 23 foot Parker center console, and they also run shelling, birding, lunch and water taxi trips.
