Gage Heath was born and raised in Ketchikan, Alaska; and has been fishing since he could hold a pole. Gage's love of fishing started at age 9, when he and his family went out for Ketchikan's annual King Salmon Derby. Gage ended up winning the derby with a 42.7 pound king, becoming the youngest person ever to do so. Gage has been a licensed captain for 8 years now and has years of experience fishing Ketchikan waters.
