Saltgrass Outdoors runs a full-service lodge in Buras, near Venice, Louisiana, in a nearly 7,000-square-foot antebellum-style home overlooking the Mississippi River. Guests fish the marsh for redfish and speckled trout and run offshore into the Gulf out of Venice, known as Tuna Town, USA. Duck and hog hunts are also offered. Stays are all-inclusive, with chef-prepared meals, a pool deck and an oyster deck.
