Captain Brooks, a licensed captain who grew up fishing Key West and holds a marine engineering degree, runs inshore and nearshore trips from Stock Island aboard a 26 foot Pathfinder. Inshore trips chase tarpon, and nearshore wrecks and reefs yield snapper, grouper and cobia.
