Captain Bob holds a U.S. Coast Guard Masters credential and is a U.S. Air Force vet. He retired in 2015 from a Director of Engineering/Electrical Engineering profession to operate this charter business full time. After 40 yrs of fishing these Pacific waters he would like to share what he has learned with others who enjoy the ocean and all of its sea life.Robert serves as first mate and alternate skipper on Wagner Charters. He has been fishing these ocean waters with his dad for the past 30 yrs. Robert ensures that all passengers get any assistance they need and have a thoroughly enjoyable experience on the water.
