About Captain Larry
About Us We offer a fun-filled day on the water and will do our best to catch fish. The Coastal Water Guide Service represents the life-long dream of Larry Kelley to become a fully licensed saltwater fishing guide. His unquestioned ability to find fish along with his deep respect for the Texas Coastal Bend habitat combine to bring his customers a totally safe, and immensely satisfying fishing experience. Captain Larry can provide trips for individual fishermen to small groups, including families, all the way up to multi-boat corporate groups.
