Capt. Bill Murtagh runs the Nainoa out of Keauhou Bay, where he is the only owner operator in the small boat harbor. He fishes alongside his son Nainoa, and the grounds sit directly outside the bay, so the boat is fishing within minutes of leaving the dock rather than running up the coast. Half day, three quarter day, full day, overnight and custom charters, booked as a private boat for up to six rather than per person, with taxes and fees included. The common catch is bigeye and yellowfin tuna, blue and striped marlin, mahi mahi and ono. No Hawaii fishing licence is required.
